Help With Bios Update

I want to update my motherboard bios but i'm not sure which one to use? can someone help me? Here is the info I got

Is there a reason you want to update the BIOS? Some compatibility issue or some troubleshooting directing you to update it? If not I seriously wouldn't bother.

Regarding which one to choose most motherboard manufacturers or OEMs (Dell, HP or whatever) have the BIOSes listed under the specific model name/number of the motherboard, OEMs under the systems model number. You will want to get the latest BIOS version that is listed for the <b>exact</b> model and revision number of your motherboard or system. Motherboard model numbers are usually printed somewhere on the board, between the white PCI slots is always a good place to look. For an OEM system the model number or service tag number should be on the outside of the case.

Welcome Limit54. I have found a rev1.2 BIOS for your board, but oddly enough it appears to be a BETA. In other words, there's no point contemplating flashing your BIOS to a newer version because as far as I can see there isn't a proven stable one. Also, Westy is right. Unless there is a specific reason for you to flash your BIOS, it is normally best to leave well alone, as these things can go wrong.
