Hey Now! Guys I'm having huge probs. with loss of packets & latency with my internet conn. I ran ping plotter & it shows the 1st 2 hops (my isp) @ 20-30 then after it leaves "there" network (hops 3-16) it shoots to 300-550. My ISP checked my modem & cable connection & everything checks out, my question is is there anything I can do to fix this problem & are they still responsible for the quality after I leave there network? I would attach pic but can't,yet? BTW: I running cable by Advanced Cable (hehe) in Coral Springs FL. O, & it only happens after 6:00pm each night. Thanks for any "Ammo" I can shoot back @ them. 1st Post, Whooo love this place!

C_Roc.....Welcome to PCStats! :)

If your having problems with your internet connection, the ISP is ultimately responsible. I would call them and complain. Just tell that that your connection is unacceptable. From there they can either fix the connection, or they can refund you some money. Is Advanced Cable your only local broadband provider?
