OK, this is a web deal and no, it's not a scam so hear me out.
First you must live in the US and be using IE. Go to this (http://www.FreeFlatScreens.com/default.aspx?referer=9166326) web address and sign up. Make sure you are using an email account you won't mind recieving spam.
Next you must sign up for an offer. Everyones list is different. Each offer has its own terms. With some you can sign up for a trial period, cancel withing that period and never be charged. Some you have to absorb a small charge. They are all different so make sure you understand the terms. After that you must refer 8 friends and have them do the same... that's it.

Oh. I just assumed that this was a computer site so ya. I don't have room for another TV so its useless for me.

a Toshiba 24inch with vcr/dvd built in
a 15inch Samsung LCD TV
or a 17inch flat panel computer monitor

I dont' want any of them anyways cuz:
1) I have no more room for another sony tv
2) LCD monitors should just roll over and die!
lcd monitors rule, its just the good ones are expensive (and you have to worry about dead pixels) and they don't produce heat (quite a b1tch in the wintertime for me)
each of the items cost about 400dollars... anyway, there is the offer. With enough effort you could have free stuff.

Call me paranoid, but needing effort for an evil LCD screen shuns me away from the idea. It's all cuz CRT are really :cool:

While LCDs may not be the best for gaming, they certainly aren't trash.

bah its a stupid pyramid scam, like the stupid better health industry thing that som1 tried to scam me into 250 billion $ now, 1 trillion by 2010. all you have to do is invest and watch your $ grow apparently i woulda made 30k + a month, what i don't get is even if it reached 1 trillion its only 4x larger then it is now so where does all that $ come from, anyway its just a bunch of bs don't bother with it
or you could go to the links I posted and see that its not a scam. What makes it difficult is people like you who criticize it.

I signed up for the Samsung 710N 17" LCD. It'll be great to use as a second monitor.
me too, it will most likely become my primary monitor, since I'm running a ****ty 17" CRT... I love CRTS just mine sucks. They labeled it as flat, but its a regular CRT recessed into the casing with a flat glass in front...
Anyways I meant which offer u signed up to, in order to receive the screen... Im thinking the ancestry.com one cause they dont charge ur credit card at all

I would like to thank anyone who signed up off my referal link. I can't tell who people are just by their email address. If anyone is afraid of getting spam at one of their email addresses, I will set them up an "@hardware-geek.com" address for the purpose of getting free hardware. Of course, you only get the addy if you are my referal :p

I got plenty of people in the real touch 'n feel world that would love a free samsung 710-N... everyone who buys a PC from me and asks what my opinion is on LCD's, I say for the most part they suck, but I would love to have the cash for a 710... now we all do :D

I always hated mp3 players for their really small amount of storage, thats why i got myself a sony md a few years ago, now looking for something new, gotta finish signing up for the ipod thing.

Ok, I still dunno what you mean by "pass verification" cause it says "Congrats you have completed your requirements..." Doesnt that mean I passed verification? lol. :p
once you get all 8 they make sure no fraud was involved... i dunno what they do but all your referals will go thourgh a verification process.
Ah... interesting. From my understanding they did that before they gave you credit but maybe Im mistaken. I wonder what they consider fraudulent as far as all that goes lol...
I've heard people say they had 8, ordered something only to have 1 or 2 people get denied. I have no idea though...
