Anyone know a good post or thread out there that provides a list of optimal settings for the BIOS? Ie., do I want fast writing enabled, etc etc etc.

If we knew what the rest of your system consists of it's easier to recommend settings.

If you're using low latency memory you can tune down the timings as well as enable the more aggressive memory options.
