View Full Version : mobo for a Athlon 64 3200+

I need some recommendations on a good OC'ing mobo for the above processor. I was gonna go with the Epox ep-8kda3+ cuz i heard it has the highest fsb yet, but i looked on Newegg, and there were alot of bad reviews about lock-ups and blue screens....

LOL...right under this thread is the "DFI LANParty UT nF3-250Gb" thread...it kills anything else out to date..in terms of overclocking and unfortunately probably also price :(...but damn...its a good mobo...

price for the dfi is $130. that's not bad for all the things it offers. let alone the king of the socket 754 motherboards right now. hell an msi motherboard costs more.

epox 8da3+ at newegg $149. the DFI UT 250gb at gameve.com $130. $19 bucks less and reviewed as the better card is the DFI.

i was looking @ newegg, i think the dfi is like $159 there, so i guess ill get me a DFI UT from gameve.com, thanks :D
