DVD Player - Philips DVP642

The have a Philips DVP642 37 for on sale at Compusa for $69.00
I know there are plenty of DVD players for $69.00 or less out there, but this one plays Mpeg4, divx and xvid.

If you buy it, make sure its model 37, not 17, they been known to have some issues.

I actually went ahead and bought it myself. It works great, you can burn your old home movies, or family reunions straight to CD or DVD in xvid or dvix format, and they play back without any missing frames or the audio being off a little. Which is what happens a lot when you encode a movie from xvid to mpeg2 to .... to .....
