I used an icon set for ObjectDock/SysStats called Silver Gauge. It's basically a set of SysStats config files that you can customize to fit your needs. I have them reading system data from MBM5: CPU Speed, Free Ram, CPU Temp, Case Temp, CPU Fan Speed, and Case Fan Speed.

You'll need to install ObjectDock and SysStats before you can use them.

I guess I'll answer both your and evilshaddow's questions at the same time. I actually gave a couple of you guys a more detailed answer because you PMed me, but here it is for anyone else interested.

Basically, there are three programs you need to install: (1) ObjectDock (http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/), (2) SysStats (http://www.dockex.com/?pageId=docklets&dkview=38), (3) AveDesk (http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=23384).

Then you need to download two customizable config files for SysStats: (1) Silver Gauge (http://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=29&view=1&sortby=4&sortdir=DESC&p=1&advanced=0&searchtxt=silver%20gauge) and (2) Weather (http://www.dockex.com/index.php?pageId=docklets&dkview=73).

Configure all the files the way you want. I used the ObjectDock SysStats docklet for the silver gauged performance meters and AveDesk to put the clock and weather desklet on my desktop. My desktop is not from a particular theme. I just really liked the Battle Angel Alita background image and then looked for the appropriate config files that gave me the right color scheme that matched the background. I'm still messing around with it to make my desktop better, so good luck with yours! :D

Of course, as long as you run AveDesk in the background. AveDesk doesn't care what "themes" are running. I don't have a particular theme or program like WindowBlinds running.

I just have hotkeys set for winamp, ctrl+alt+w runs winamp, ctrl+alt+e brings up jump to file ctrl+alt+d brings up the playlist ctrl+alt+f brings up the winamp main window, ctrl+alt+a is fast forward, ctrl+alt+s is rewind ctrl+alt+\ back 1 song ctrl+alt+z forward a song ctrl+alt+X stop ctrl+alt+C start/pause, and is set to always on top, works gr8 :)
