Hi, at the moment i am downloading the Fedora Core 3 iso's using the bittorrent network and Bitcomet. recently the download speeds have been appauling, averaging out at about 3Kb/s. Also it is chewing up all my bandwidth.

Ive opened all the ports and forwarded them, and I have also tried other clients, but the same story. I have plenty of peers and seeds (about 60/340). I have also run the patch to change the max simultaneous connections that sp2 puts to 10 back up to 50

Any ideas?

i use bit tornado, and you can adjust how much you upload, and i adjust it to about 80% of my total upload speed so it bogg down my connection.

you can do that in bitcomet, and I have done, but it is still slow.

Solved, and thanks for everything! I was limiting my upload speed in Kb/s instead of kB/s.
