A few problems have occurred since installing SP2 (WIN XP Pro) some time ago. My System INI and Win INI boxes are now blank when I bring up the system configuration menu. In addition, I am unable to open up the "help and support" menu at all. I have tried to start the service using the administrative tools with no success. I believe the two are related but not sure.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
