I use Windows XP Pro SP2 and my Regional settings are set to Chinese(Traditional) because this enables me to view chinese characters and filenames n stuff like that, however, having this setting, most times when I install a new program which has multi-language capabilities it defaults to showing me the Chinese version which I do not want. Not only that, but it also defaults the program to run in Chinese. I was wondering if there was a way where I can keep my Regional settings and not have to change it everytime I install something so that my programs will install and run in English instead of Chinese. Thanks a bunch...
