Firefox installs/plug ins

when i go on a site like www.guitar.com firefox asks me to install missing plugins to run the page, but it never finds anything!!! is there a manual way i can download and install plug ins.

is anybody going to help me out with this? or is firebox just screwed up on my comp, should i try a re-install, or just contact mozilla

My guess is that you need the Flash plugin installed on your Firefox. Check this (http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/faqs/firefox-windows.html#install-flash) out.

You could also try Macromedia flash player 7 from the Macromedia website, also make sure you are using the latest version of Firefox
