File Sharing Software

Who uses what software for file sharing? Me and "my friend" want to have access to eachothers "projects" for "school." Does anyone have any recommendations for spyware free software. I was recommened DC++ but it can be a pain to use.

well, you can get a free trial of WS_FTP (http://www.ipswitch.com/downloads/index.html). this is what i use. i highly recommend it. if you want more info on it, lemme know.

i'd just use an FTP...i use this program called Cerebrus FTP

but im sure your "friend" and you will need a much better means to "share projects"...LOL :D

i use Serv-U FTP..it works wonders..and it's really easy to set up. *clears throat* PM me if you want it.. ;)

I use the same thing for my server, but sadly my little 256k upload isnt ideal, so its down to the guys I have given out passwords too whether or not they use it..;)

I use winxp. It's secure and very nice to be able to pick what type of file you want to share and search!
