is it just me, or has the option for shortcut keys never worked until XP? there's always been the option to set certain shortcuts to a combination of keys since 9x, and i figured it would work with 2k, but i havn't had any luck with it. the only OS i've seen that the option actually works on is XP. is there some registry value to change or something to make them work?
