Can someone show me a good mIRC address. I'm very new to this and its confusing!

i take it you mean an irc network address and not a place to get mirc

there are many networks and which one is the best really depend on who you want to chat with
if you want to go to a channel from a spc site to chat then they should give the server as well as the channel on their page

otherwise you could try

but mirc also comes with a huge lists of servers at least it did back in the day
i used that irc client
