Memtest 86 help!

I just downloaded memtest86, but I don't know how to run it. Do you put it on a floppy? If so, then what? I have no idea what I'm doing.... :confused: :confused: :confused:

u put it on a floppy, and then the floppy wont be read by windows, nno biggie, so dont format it cuz u think its bad, and then jus boot off it and it goes automatically
