is there any way to put like itunes or something like it on a flash drive so that i can listen to streaming radio from it? i tried putting itunes on it but it wouldnt work because it has registry values that it needs to work...i think. the reason im doing this is because when im doing stuff at school, i wanna listen to the radio but i dont want to download anything on the schools computers, ya know, its frowned upon. so i asked if i could do something like this and they said it would be fine if i could figure it out. so now im asking if this is possible... any suggestions?

put the installation file onto a flash disk or cd etc......and install it onto the schools computers, my school lets you install things, but they get wiped as soon as you log off.

yea, i tried that, my school doesnt let you install stuff. i got about 3/4 of the way through the install, and then itunes said i needed admin access to complete the download  :(

I think someone told me a while back they were able to run the old Winamp off of a usb drive. I have not tried it myself (don't have a usb drive), but it is worth a shot
i just got one...how would you go about that?

You probably just put the *.exe file for Winamp on your usb drive along with any MP3's you want. As I say, I have never done it, and I personally don't use Winamp, but I don't think you have to install Winamp (at least the old versions). It should work just like any other executable you don't have to install...
