Slow XP shutdown

My windows xp pro takes frickin' forever to shutdown. I did all the "performance boosting" tips in Colin's tip archive (even the fast shutdown one) and it is so slow. Any way to speed it up a bit?

tunexp 1.5.. quite a few tweaks in that program.. a very handy tool just read the documentation (short documentation :p), explains every tweak quickly... and one of them are faster shutdowns sooo ENJOY :)
