Having trouble with setting up XP FTP

I tried following the instructions on PCStats: "Setting up an FTP on XP", but its not working the way the say it should. I'm supposed to go into Add/remove programs, then choosing: "install windows components", then choosing to install the Internet Information services (IIS). That works fine, but then I'm supposed to go into Administrative tools (from control panel) and choose "internet information services". Its not there!

yea, the xp ftp server isnt that great and isnt very secure. i recommend getting a 3rd party ftp server. i use the software from www.ip-switch.com, called WS_FTP Pro. i know, its not free, but............................................... .......lol. if you cant get that one, theres a buncha free ones out there.
