SM Bus Controllers

I'm having trouble with this device when doing an unattended install of XP Pro. It goes away after I install Intell Chipset program. I can not find any drivers when attempting to intergrate drivers for this. Any one have any suggestions on how to intergrate this driver? :confused:

if you explode the intel drivers the readme which is included in the package has instructions on how to integrate the drivers into your installation cd.
