I asked for help with my Jetway A350DMS motherboard and as of yet I don't have a solution, however it seems it might be due to my mobo reading single channel enabled and having checked the specs it supports dual channel, does anyone know how to change the bios settings so my board is dual channel enabled?
The manual has no instructions and technical help at Jetway are useless.

I have no idea, there's no dual channel settings in my BIOS, but when i switched to my dual channel kit, it automatically ran in dual channel mode...are you running two identical sticks of memory?? same size, same frequency, same timings...they have to be IDENTICAL...so if they're not...you can't run dual channel anyway...

Plus, you need to put the Dual-Channel RAM in the right slot............ try playing around with the slot..........
If the manual are arse, so is the company :D

ya, you cant set dual channel in the bios. the ram has to be in the right slots. check your motherboard manual. if you dont have it. the manufacturer should have a downloadable pdf version of the manual on their download site

Yes I have got 2 ientical sticks and both work in both slots, I even purchased a 1gb stick and that didn't work either and I have tested it in another machine and it works fine.

I'f i'm not mistaken the early revision of ATi chipset got problem, plus, i dont see any updates on your mobo BIOS............
The best thing is to e-mail or directly call the manufacturer @ customer support.......
