The technology has been launched but I haven't seen any official dates regarding the availability of hardware. I'm not even sure if the reviewers have hardware to play with yet. There have been a few previews listed on some of the review sites but they've all contained data and pictures provided by ATi and from the press releases at the end of May.
I read one review of a DFI board supporting in already... let me look around...
ya, here is some reading material:

i think right now you need ATI's RD400 and RD480 chipsets to get it to play not a big fan of ati mobo's myself ....
The only ATI board I would be interested in is the Sapphire board because it just looks COOL!! http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=26367

Whats that water block of to the left of the cpu (below the cpu in the pictures orientation)for?

my guess is that its a water block for the on board video. since that board appears to have it (notice the vga and dvi ports). although water cooling for onboard video seems very stupid, really only doing it for bragging rights.
I believe it is actually for the mosfets.
