Folder Sync

Just as the title says, i would like to sync two folders on my computer so that they will be a complete copy of one another. I have two hd's c, and f. I mainly use the c hd, i use the f hd to backup all of my music, photos videos etc. Is it possible to have the two folders sync with eachother automatically so taht if i were to put a new song into one folder, it will automatically be copied into the other? If so how?

Personally I prefer a manual copy over every now and again, because then you guard against problems being transferred straight into your backup - you only copy it when you're certain it's all ok.
