No Username in Task Manager

Hi,

I was again deleting services and stuff (this was a while ago) and I ended up probably deleting a service that tells me what username for each program in the task manager is for. (Under the Processes Tab). Normally, like programs you run will be under your name, and other windows stuff will just say SYSTEM.

Although it may not be important, but I don't want to end a processes that will cause my computer to restart (Did that once, lol..)

I hope you can help tell me how to fix this and get the names back up, (Besides a windows restore)
