Disk cleanup & Defragmenting - for a slow system

I was reading thru the Slow computer troubleshooting thread and was surprised that disk cleanup and defrag wasnt in there.Do you consider them as a part of regular maintenance to keep your system running smooth? whts your schedule for running these tasks?

Both of the maintainance procedure you're mentioned were on other threads. It was on the OS section, since it was deeply associated with your Operating System rather than software :D
