When I click an hyperlink link it open a new internet explorer window, So every link i click on there is a new window, my question is how could i configure that once i click a link is just open on existing window?

Does this happen with every link you click on or just every once in a while? Web developers can specify to have some links open in a new window rather than replacing the site you are viewing.

When you are browsing if you press the <i>Shift</i> key while clicking any link it will also open the link in a new window. There is a slim chance the Sticky Keys function might be enabled to something. You can access the sticky keys stuff by pressing shift 5 times, or through the accessability options in control panel.
