Looks very....flameable...
now lets pull out a chinese chess board. or tea and lets all sit down and submerge into a moment of ZEN.
The project is named "Sangaku", i wonder if thing go awry, the whole thing can go up in flame......... and hence, "seppaku" :D
*Seppaku is another word for Hara Kiri, or commit suicide*

Looks very....flameable...
because its wood its not nessecary (very)flameable it depends on 3 things
-if its varnished or not ( varnish is not wet for the blonds here :D )
purpose of this: the surface wont be rough
it wont get dry (thus flameable) :p
it looks better
-what kind of wood
-and if you dont have things that make it flame like in any case (DUH)

The whole flamable thing was brought up hundreds of times with Yoshi's case mod. Remember like ~2 years ago when he made that PC out of cardboard and everyone was all "dude, its gonna catch fire" and he kept telling them that cardboards thermal combustion point was somewhere around 200C; wood has a higher rating than cardboard even, but anyways that is a really sweet case mod.....wish I was inventive/artistic in almost any way
