Hi, I have a database (Using MS Access XP of my friends birthdays for the whole year.
I tried to create a birthday letter mail merge (Using MS Word XP)but it printed out the whole year.
So I decided to do a query on every month, I did it and have 12 query in the mail data.mdb.
My problem is i can't add the query as data source as when I choose to open data source from mail merge, I only given *.mdb as a choice.
How shall I do it?
