Funny, I definately noticed the difference switching to X64.! I've had the same problem with daemon tools - it doesn't bloody work! I'm looking for a solution and I'll keep you posted.

I've been using WindowsXP x64 Edition for a couple weeks now as well. I don't use Daemon tools so I don't have any advise to give there. But, Nero 6 Ultra works just fine on my machine. I've also noticed that software installs, game load time, and media encoding are all faster even when using 32-bit software. Maybe there is something up with your drivers or some other software khilladi?

oh no no not like that lol but i was expecting a dramatic boost but i guess i got my hopes up. it's all good though exept that logitech havent released x64 drivers for the elite and mx510 anddddd quickcam 4000  thank you for your post though :) and guys daemon tools v4 was supposed to be released this october but it will take a while cause they ahve to re-program it from scratch http://www2.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/archive/index.php/t-4961.html oh yeah and regarding the nero 6 it doesnt work at all so yeah i just install 7 ultra and it's fine :D

Logitech seems to be steadily improving their driver support for x64. It seems everytime I go to the site there has been new drivers added for the OS. I've also found PlanetAMD64 (http://www.planetamd64.com/index.php?act=downloads) to be an excellent source for drivers. They've got a few Logitech Setpoint packages that appeare to be full release versions but aren't on the Logitech site yet. You'll have to sign up for a user/pass to download stuff, but I've found it worthwhile!

Logitech posted that they will have webcam drivers ever since Q2... for x64...
They bsed it...
and I'll stay like that. Until they actually release these webcam drivers... For many planetamd64 people are ticked about how they said they'd release their drivers at the same time as creative... Look now... creative has their drivers out, where's logitechs? Plus, they now ignore all e-mails asking about the webcam drivers.
try an app called Alcohol 52% or Alcohol 120%
