I am using AMD Sempron 2200+. What should be the maximum operating temperature for this processor?

you want to keep things under 50C if your overclocking. if your running stock then you shouldn't see anything over maybe 35-40C under full load in a cool to warm room using stock cooling.

what motherboard are you using? this is important depending on what application you want to use to monitor things. Speedfan, Motherboard Monitor5, ITE SmartGaurdian, etc.

get speedfan as it's the most compatible monitor app right now. Motherboard monitor is prefered but you have to do some config file tweaking to get it to work with NF3&4 chipsets and i only know of a tweak for the DFI motherboards. you can get speed fan HERE (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download337.html)
