I had an issue a hr ago where i was getting a 1 beep everytime i turned the pc on and i looked up in the handy dany boot sounds in the manual of the MOBO and it said it was a Refresh Error so i pulled the battery. And the mobo reset but i dont have a bios disk so what do i need to reinstall the bios for the mobo?
or is the mobo going?
I dont have the exact specs but its a AMD based mobo and runs Nforce2..
My sys specs are:

Amd AlthonXP 2500+
1gb ram
1 80gb hdd
1 200gb hdd
nvidia GeforceFX 5600 256ram
1 dvd burner
1 cd burner
Any help would do me wonders as i was hoping to apply at a few jobs tomorrow and cant due to PC issues
Oh i couldnt access the BIOS when i started the pc when i was getting the beep!
or is the mobo going?
