Can someone explain the difference between these 2 boards, other than the price? From what I can tell as far as details, they are the same boards except for the Express Recovery.

The GA-K8NSNXP-939 has the DPS power system while the GA-K8NS Ultra-939
does not. DPS is a six-phase power system design to deliver higher quality power to the CPU and some of your other important components. I think the K8NSNXP-939 also comes with some more back-plate connectors because it is/was Gigabyte's flagship nForce3 board.
