Anyone familiar with this Mobo?

Asus A8N5X nForce4 Athlon 64(FX)/64 X2 Dual-Core Skt939

I know many here love DFI Lanboy boards and i do like mine for the most part but i was thinking of getting this one for my new pc build.

was thinking about matching it with
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor (ClawHammer) Socket 939

but i am leaning more towards this one
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Processor Socket 939 Retail

No Ocing just going to run it stock.

Anyway would just like to hear feedback in the mobo.

I've dealt with a very similar motherboard from Asus, the A8N-E(nforce 4 ultra). I was very pleased with it and installation was simple and I encountered no problems. I put it in a system that I built for someone and they are very pleased with it so far as well. The motherboard your looking at getting, I believe, is just the non ultra version the A8N-E, so I would expect similar results.

I've built a few systems using the A8N-E as well. I was pleased with the A8N-E and would expect the A8N5X to be of similar quality. So long as it has all the features you want it should suit your purposes nicely.
