Dvd Shrink

Hey, does anyone know what error this could mean from dvd shrink.
its a mapping error.
it happens when the disc is first put in the computer and it takes a few seconds to recognize 'it'.
however as soon as the disc is put in, i get a 'navigation mapping ' error, instead of it trying to recognize it.
any thoughts?

is this with all dvds or just a certian few....cuz if its a few its just that the dvd is has "locked" .vob's, u gotta play it with powerdvd for a few minutes to unlock them and then try ripping it

Its with all new dvds, and the playing it for a few minutes didn't work either.
any other thoughts?

When i have problems with DVDs i use DVD Decrypter to put it on my HD as an ISO file use nero or Alcohol 120% to mount it then back it up. (DVD Decrypter will negate almost all copy protection schemes that DVDShrink cant)
