DeepFreeze Administrator Activation Problem

does anybody know why i get this everytime i tryto run my DFAdmin.exe?

I'm really running out of ideas here. i might give that Unfreezer stuff a try. But anybody encountered a similar problem here?

Its not bothering me anymore. however, it would be nice if i get an explanation why this occurs
