I'm not a fan of the "leet speak" anyways. There were rumors quite a while back about once you get to a certain post level, you can change it yourself, but moderators can also do it. Avid did a thing where anyone who replied to a thread within 24 hours got one, and there's also other things such as getting the best 3dmark score for your video card out of everone else who has posted scores, etc.

Any admin can set a title for you...that includes Joe, TranceJunky, Westy, and Colin. I happen to be the one on most often, but Joe comes arround ocacsionally.
