i dont believe you are allowed to post anything like this according to the board rules, you should go after the person you bought it from, however, MMO Serial keys can only be used once

So you will need to actually buy the game

i did buy it, from the store, ebgames:SuN012: and i did ask them, and omfg they said talk to the company, i did, they said try it again, and it dint work and thats why im asking!!!!!!!!!!!!

the company could easly sort you out with a code if they beleive you have brought the product. fax them or send them your receipt!

if you bought it from a proper store then you should not have a problem, what usually happens is somone reads the code in the store, registers it, and then it doesnt work for you

They willl probably ask you to prove you purchased the game

take the email into the store from them, or show them the box and the recipt, or both

Or goto the makers and deal with it through them, if you bought the game, then you deserve to be able to legally play it

blazin111 I know you are new here ... but do understand what you are asking can easily be dealt with by the game company itself or the store you bought it from. there is no need to be asking for this here and definately no need to be yelling on the forums.

and yet again i will say (sorry to keep goin on like this, but listen please), goto the makers of the game, and get them to sort it out then, cmon man, you paid your money, if the makers of the game tell you to get another copy from the store, fine, but now you can print that off and show it to the people in the store, as far as i know you do have statutory rights here

yea, you need to go through ANet on this one. ebgames has nothing to do with it. and the guy is right, it isnt his problem. ebgames didnt put the key in there, and they cant reset it. thats ANets job. if you are legit, which im kinda questioning now, its an easy fix. hell, ill even write the fricken email to them if you want me to.
