Just so you know, in case this happens to you. Where you keep finding every day the first time of the day that you attempt to play Rayman 3 that the prior days' gaming you saved is grayed out and unplayable.
On WinXP Pro, using the backup software that comes with it, permissions are reset by the backup software. Oops.
Right-click on SaveGame folder in c:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\Rayman3\GAMEDATA\
Properties | Security |Advanced
Check off "Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects"
Click Apply
Get out of there and now Rayman 3 should let you open saved games.
Ubi Soft was unaware of this and had me reinstall Rayman 3. This solved the problem in moments. For you XP Pro gamers.
