I have recenty been working on an echange server,when the customer came up with the following request:
There are seperate groups in the company using their own,group e-mail.The incoming and outcoming e-mails should be available to viewing and processing by all users of the same group.However, the users should not have more than read/write permisions.Only the group-leader should have full control on "all" e-mail accounts of the group.
The customer has aslo requested that when he opens the outlook interface,for example an email from the inbox,there should be a button that outputs a flag which will indicate how the current user procceces that particular e-mail (so as when an e-mail is opened from one user then the rest users should not be able to work on it).There should also be a list on the outlook interface with all the names that have worked and read this particular e-mail.
