I dont believe that the hospital would want to keep piece of his skull........ who sell second-hand skull anyway? :D

And yeah, the practise of drilling into skulls to "[i]RELEASE[/b]" tension was practised by number of people over the years now........
I believe those practise will kill you faster if you use rusted drill bits or some bacteria or fungus went inside your skull :p

read about some women who managed to drill a hole in her own skull using a manual drill before she passed out
