copyright protection??

i wanted to ask about file copyrights.. i have this certain music file and i wanted to use some parts of it.. the problem is i can't use an audio editing software to open it because of the copyright protection.. :curse: i just thought maybe someone could help me.. thanks a million!! :)

see what kind of encryption it is; then google it. there are cracks and bypasses for most types of DRM out there.
or don't rip your cds with realplayer, windows media, quicktime, or itunes. use something better like DbPoweramp.
