how can you store files within a powerpoint?
im trying to make hyperlinks on a powerpoint to objects like a document. how do i make it so that the powerpoint moves it takes copies of those linked items with if and keeps the links intact if i was to move it?

I...believe you would use Pack and Go. It's on the File menu. When you're on the first page for it, it asks what you want to include, and the presentation itself is already checked, but click "other presentations" and then browse, and change it from Powerpoint Presentations (*.PPT), to All Files (*.*) and that...might do it.
Another option is just put files in the same directory as the PPT file and just zip 'em up together, and when you do your links in the presentation, do them as relative instead of absolute. Relative is like './extras/file1.exe' and absolute has the full path with drive letter.

ok, thanks i knew there had to be a way right in front of my face. thanks
i couldnt figure out the second way you said but i did it the first way with package for cd and it worked great thanks!
