IS there a program that i can use to test my systems stability while in windows? I have a feeling that somethings arent getting anough power to run stable. So i was wondering if there was a program that tested your computer for stability problems.

Thanks.

If you want to check the stability of your hardware there are loads of stress tests you can run (Prime 95 is a good one) but if you mean to check software stability not a clue mate, you say windows seems unstable well guess what dude it is for us all.

no i didnt say windows was. Im sorry i just looked and it was unclear the way i put it. I meant a program that i could use from within windows, that tests my systems stability. So i guess ill try prime 95 or w/e it is.

Thanks.

Just the likes of Prime95 for CPU/RAM. ATiTool can test VC stability for ATi gfx cards. Otherwise, for nVidias, you just have to use a gaming environment like the HL2 video test.

That's about all we tend to use in a Winblows environment Alpha. Memtest86 is used extensively by us on boot, and I like Windows Memory Diagnostic.
