Windows can't start!!?? (memory full)?

I was using auto-cad for a design project, i shut down auto-cad, i wanted to start up maya to render my design, but as i clicked on the program icon for maya, some thing came up talking about some Dll file, then i clicked on maya again.. and then a blue screen came up saying that all of my virtual memory is used up, and the computer must shut down..

I then restart and Now right after the boot screen (or right after i click on safe mode), i see this blue screen again an the computer turns itself off...

Somebody please help me out with my problem..

First of all, please include information about:
1) How many physical RAM do you have?
2) How big is your Hard Drives?
3) What Operating System are you using?

With that info included, we could certainly point you in the right direction :D
