Not sure if this is a thread yet but, did anyone get wind about how Vista will only be able to be activated one other time, after the initial activation on the same PC??? Sux for anyone who upgrades their PC on a regular basis

Here's the EULA link (http://download.microsoft.com/documents/useterms/Windows%20Vista_Ultimate_English_36d0fe99-75e4-4875-8153-889cf5105718.pdf)

Again, a call to Microsoft will probably resolves this. Microsoft tech people are pretty friendly and efficient in solving all these activation problem. Most probably they wont want to hear a pissed off customer bombarding them with 'honest and direct insult' :p

And no matter what kind of activation feature Microsoft put in, underground hackers will find way around it. So i think its better for Microsoft for NOT to piss users which uses genuine software because of the anti-piracy methods used :p

i wouldn't be so sure about that last bit. here at microsoft, we'll take all the abuse you can dish and happily escalate your call to tier fluke. threats don't matter cuz we'll never disclose our location or hear from you again. lol....i love being at microsoft

i've seen the batch beign trained for vista support.....i wont be calling
