Yes, some people may argue its their right to have incest or whatever, but remember if their offspring have those so called special needs wouldnt the community have to pay for it? I think the retards' institutions have more retards then they could possibly handled and they dont need more human-induced retards offspring!

Which is why i'd say law against incest must be upheld. I just hate seeing thing happen when it could be avoided. :p
