Not long since you can understand why he is frustrated that such private things where recovered. So I guess about five minutes at the most. But on the otherhand the cops are payed and allowed to recover private stuff if a permission is signed (correct me if I am wrong). And even if IE deleted it they would probably let gravedigger recover it.

yeah it's just a matter of undeleting using enough punch and money most pr0n can be found on disks :P

so maybe he should sue the state or whoever desided the trial was public
