Vista errors.

I have tried surfing the microsoft website and looking for a solution with no luck, even tried turning the media center crap off in msconfig at startup without any luck. Anyone know WTF this error is all about and how to fix it? It keeps minimizing me out of my games, and just generally pissing me off.
