You can upload any sound file you have on your computer and send it as a message to your phone to be saved as a ringtone. In my case I get a PixMessage, so you will pay for that if it's not part of whatever plan you have.
If you register with the site (it's free), you can choose what piece of the song and how long of a clip to send. When logged in, you can choose to customize instead of send it and make it the way you want. Check it out.
