cisco router, firewall problem..

Hey guys long time no see...

Well my problem is about a Cisco router model 877, where there is a firewall elevated with various access list policies.
As the internet works fine... when I am trying to visit the following website:

www.dell.com or www.dell.gr, as well as I want to view any of the links inside the same website the loading time is freaking slow!
*Notice that this is only happening with Dell's website.

Visiting the router's SDM firewall syslog, I notice that for this website the log comes up with the following error:
..... dropping tcp pkt "dell's IP" => "my local network IP"

Anyone can help with this matter?I ve tried searching for any solutions but I dont have much time atm :S

Well I've only taken CCNA 1 and 2 and that doesn't include firewalls, only some basic access lists.

My guess would be there an issue with your access list if it's dropping the Dell's IP TCP packet. Are you sure its only Dell? Seems kinda odd.
