First of all my Rig is in my sig. I built it a little while ago. And the first thing I did was update to the P30 bios. I have been having this intermittent problem with an "FA" boot code. I have googled, checked the manual, called support, everything and no one seems to know what this code means. If I hit the power button to turn it off from trying to boot and then hit the power again it will boot up fine, if I hit restart, it will go back into FA. What I have done so far:

-Checked it with my 8800gtx, and each of my 7900gtxs.
-Run my ram through 32 passes of memtest 86+ once and another 25 passes the second time with no errorrs
-Run prime95 for 12 hours, and superpi several times
-uninstalled all drivers run driver cleaner and installed drivers in safe mode several times
-reverted back to P28 and reinstalled P30 bios 2 times
-All components seem to be stable
-I seem to get the boot code more often when bringing my computer back from sleep mode or when my computer has been off for a substantial amount of time.
-running at stock speeds til it is resolved.
-Cleared the CMOS and got the FA when i booted back up. The beeps are continuous, endless loop as far as I can tell. and are long, about 2-3 seconds each.

Any ideas on what FA means or if I should just RMA the board?

****EDIT*****
I found this after I posted...However 32 passes and 25 passes of Memtest 86 on 2 separate occasions seems rather unlikely its RAM related.

So eVGA had nothing to say? Nobody on the eVGA forums either?

Seems odd that nobody would know about the boot codes of their own board...

I have no idea myself. Sounds like you've done all the basic checks.

Ya I had an edit at the end of the post. I found this:

They say its memory related.

Yeah fair enough. Have you tried removing say 2 sticks? Just to see, unless their both 2GB sticks. Then I guess you could try removing 1.

Yup, tried the process of elimination on each stick, does it on all of them.
